The Norscom story
We are Norscom: an ambitious workload automation SaaS company, founded by Jeroen Mullink – an automation enthusiastr by heart and mind, with deep experience in the automation industry and Hans Monfils, who has performered several commercial roles in the same space.
Norscom (Nextgen Online Robust Software Company) was founded with the vision of offering organizations a more open and collaborative alternative to traditional enterprise automation vendors, giving customers the freedom, transparency and flexibility that are often missing in the market today.
The company is backed by shareholder and co-owner Kees Verruijt: a successful former co-founder and Board member of Redwood Software who has been the architect behind the core idea of what workload automation is today.

Founding Norscom
Norscom is founded by Jeroen Mullink. The first lines of code are written.
April 2024
Product launch
The first version of Norscom’s automation platform is launched. Since the start, we found out there are numerous companies who approach us to take the leap to migrate to the new platform.
September 2024
First customer live
The first Dutch customer was a family-owned Dutch company.
October 2024
First world-wide customer
The robustness of Norscom’s automation platform proves its worth when a world-wide customer goes live.
January 2026
ISO Certified
Security is important in this business, therefore, Norscom was awared ISO 27001 certification.
March 2026
Strategic hire
Norscom welcomed seasoned expert Patrick van Steijn as Head of Technology & Support, coming from the market leader in the automation industry, where he worked in similar senior engineering roles for 28 years.

New office
Norscom is growing quickly and we are moving into a new modern office building in the centre of The Netherlands, in Hoevelaken.
